The Urban Elite is the premium version of NAVEE's city range: a 250 W Bafang mid-drive motor with a torque sensor that matches the assistance to how hard you pedal, and Shimano Nexus 7-speed hub gears, cleaner and lower-maintenance than a derailleur. It has a 468 Wh (36 V 13 Ah) battery for 50–70 km, 28" wheels with 2.00" CST tyres and Tektro hydraulic disc brakes.

NAVEE quotes 50–70 km. In normal use (medium assistance, a 75–85 kg adult, some hills and stops) we estimate between 33 and 47 km per charge, based on 10–14 Wh/km with its 468 Wh battery. With maximum assistance, cold weather or steep climbs, expect the lower end of the range.
