Beyond the looks

Riding position, seat height, reach to the handlebar and how adjustable the bike is all matter, especially on designs with a long seat. Compare the claimed motor power and torque, battery, range under its reference conditions, tyre width, suspension and brakes. Weight and dimensions affect storage and low-speed handling. You should also check which configuration, battery and accessories actually come with the chosen variant.

The current selection brings together the ENGWE M1 and ENGWE M20. Both share a design intent, but their pages let you compare configuration, suspension, wheels, brakes and battery options with separate data. Compare the specifications and range of each version separately. For other models with wide tyres and different formats, see electric fat bikes. If transport or storage is your priority, check folding electric bikes.

Before buying, confirm availability, final price, version, delivery, warranty and returns. Before riding, always read the manual and check the rules that apply where and how you intend to use the bike.
