Operator and scope
The comparison service is operated by NovoDistribuciones Online SL, NRT L-714617-K. It allows users to view and compare electric mobility products offered by third parties. Using the website does not make NovoDix the seller or a party to any sales contract.
Purchasing from the seller's store
When a purchase button is selected, the user leaves NovoDix and reaches the supplier's cart or product page. NovoDix first displays the availability reported by the seller. The external seller sets and confirms the final price, taxes, payment, delivery, withdrawal rights, warranty and returns. NovoDix does not receive payment or process the order.
Information, prices and availability
Product pages are provided for information and comparison. Although they are reviewed with due care, changes or differences may exist compared with the destination store. Before purchasing, users can check availability here and must confirm the variant, final price and all other current terms in the destination store. Errors may be reported to [email protected].
How results are ordered
Within categories, the current main criterion is the editorial position assigned in the catalogue. In search results, matches with the product reference and name carry the greatest weight, followed by tags, category and manufacturer, and then by attributes, features and descriptive text with a lower weighting. Users may also see sorting options provided by the interface when available.
The home page and featured sections are selected editorially to present catalogue categories or products. Under the current configuration, an affiliate commission does not automatically improve a product's position, and no result positions are sold as sponsored placements. If this criterion changes, the placement will be identified and these terms will be updated before the change is applied.
Information-only products
Some product pages may remain visible for comparison even when they have no active external variant. In that case they are displayed for information only, without claiming a price, stock or availability and without a purchase button.
Affiliate links and click references
Some links may generate a commission. When they are selected, NovoDix creates a random reference and stores the product, variant, quantity, seller and redirect date. The reference accompanies the external cart so that a possible purchase can be attributed; on its own, it contains no buyer name, address, payment data or other buyer details.
Permitted use and external websites
Users must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its security or operation. External stores operate under their own terms and policies. The seller's identity and terms should be reviewed before entering into a contract.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated to reflect actual changes to the service. Contact: [email protected].
