NovoDix does not charge the buyer or process or store card details. When you choose to buy, you move to the seller’s official checkout, which shows its identity, total price, payment methods and terms before the order is confirmed.
What to check
Check that the address belongs to the stated official store, review the final summary and keep the seller’s confirmation. Payment security, authorisation, refunds and payment disputes are handled by the seller and its payment provider.
Fraud protection
NovoDix will never ask for your full card number, security codes or online-banking credentials by email, chat or phone.
