What brands usually ask.
Is it really free?
Yes. During the launch phase there is no fee and no commission. If we ever propose a commission on sales, we will tell you in writing 30 days in advance and you can accept it or leave at no cost.
Do I need to install anything in my store?
No. To start, all we need is your store URL. If it runs on Shopify or WooCommerce, we read the public catalogue automatically.
My store is not on Shopify or WooCommerce. Can I join?
Of course. We can connect your catalogue from your ERP or PIM, a feed (Google Merchant, XML or CSV), a product API or, if you have none of those, straight from your website. Pick whatever is easiest for you and we adapt.
Do I need an affiliate programme?
It is not required. If you already have one (GoAffPro, Awin or another), tell us and we will use it so everything is measured by an independent tool.
Who sells and who handles customers?
You do. NovoDix only presents and compares the models. Purchase, payment, shipping and warranty always happen in your official store.
How do I know how many visits you send?
Every click to your store is recorded from day one, per model, and we share that data with you. You will also see the visits arrive from novodix.com in your own analytics.
